ASO Locale Switcher: Switch App Store and Google Play locales in Chrome
ASO Locale Switcher is a Google Chrome extension that automatically changes the country and language in apps.apple.com and play.google.com links.

How to use ASO Locale Switcher
- Click on the ASO Locale Switcher icon (ASO.dev logo) in the browser toolbar.
When launching the extension on any tab, it offers to open the apps.apple.com or play.google.com page if you are on a different page.
When clicking the extension icon, a popup window appears with two tabs:
- By Country, where you can search by country and localization
- Store Locales, displaying the main 39 App Store localizations and Google Play localizations list with search.
The language list for App Store follows Apple’s cross-localization rules.
- Select a country and language, or 1 of the 39 main localizations.
Search by name and code is supported.
ASO Locale Switcher itself shows available languages for the selected country: the primary language and all additional locals.
- Click Apply, the page will automatically refresh.
The extension rewrites the link and adds the correct parameters.
You instantly see the App Store or Google Play as users in that country see it.
When working on apps.apple.com, there will be a button at the bottom to switch to play.google.com and vice versa.
